Please review the vendor rules and expectations below.
LOUD MUSIC aND NIGHT SCENE
The events center around music and dance at night. Please be prepared for loud music and for customers to dance nearby your vendor space. Please also bring necessary lighting as ours may be insufficient to showcase your area.
VENDOR PERMITS
Vendors are responsible for complying with all vendor requirements for their respective cities/counties, including applicable health permits, insurance and certificates.
CLEANLINESS
Vendors are expected to display their products and materials in a safe and clean manner. Vendors will have access to their vendor space 2 hours before the start of each event.
Vendors are responsible for leaving a clean area at closing, including taking any waste and trash with you.
VENDOR SPACE
Each vendor will be provided a 10x10 feet space assigned by the Event Manager. Vendors are responsible for furnishing their own tables and canopies. We recommend vendors bring a small generator if they need power for their products.
Limited electricity can be provided for an additional fee.
VENDOR FEE
Vendors will be invoiced upon receipt of a signed Vendor Agreement form, unless otherwise stated by the Event Manager.
For Food/Beverage vendors, the fee is $100 per event.
For all other vendors, the fee is $65 per event.
