Meet Our Yoga Teacher’s

Toni Chianetta, MS, RYT is a (200 hour) Yoga Alliance Registered Instructor with over 20 years yoga and health and wellness experience. Toni holds a Master of Science in Nutrition from New York University and is an avid dancer.  Her passion and playfulness is inspiring, fun, freeing, and an incredible physical workout.




Amy Jean Matri-Pastore, is a (500 HR RYT) Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Instructor whose vinyasa style is an eclectic flowing fusion of my many influences as she has trained with so many well-known teachers including: Baron Baptiste, Shiva Rea, Edward Clark, Anna Forrest, John Friend, Dharma Mittra, and Beryl Bender Birch. Amy offers her students options and encourages them to trust themselves, listen to their own internal feedback, and surf the waves of their breath.

Who takes Yoga?

Golfers, dancers, cyclist, runners and anyone wanting more flexibility, balance, strength and less stress in their lives.

All classes are open to MEN and WOMEN.

All Classes are mixed level from beginner to advanced and are 1 hour long and are Vinyasa style yoga which merges movement and breath.

Poses are not held as long as in other styles of yoga.  It is a much more fluid, flow.  

Structure of class is breathing exercises, warm-up, followed by a fluid series of poses that initiates opening, lengthening, strengthening, balancing, and increasing cardio stamina through standing, sitting and reclining postures, followed by inversions and finished with a blissful meditation.

Class are fun, challenging and ultimately relaxing!
