Ballet Barre A/T (ALL LEVELS)
Traditional ballet barre and center floor exercises set to beautiful classical music. All levels welcome. No experience necessary. (1 hour duration)
Dancer's Body
Guaranteed to tone everything from the top of your head to the tips of your toe nails. Includes follow along dance warm-up, 45 minutes of weight-bearing exercises (can also be done without weights). Followed by floor exercises for lower body. (Friday and Sunday classes also include a 25 minute, old school cardio dance workout). All levels welcome. No experience necessary. (1 hour 15 minute duration).
Lyrical Yoga Flow
Combines the flow of Vinyasa yoga with a rhythmic feel. Merges breath and movement into a beautiful dance between your mat, mind and body. Great for core strength, flexibility, balance and stress-reduction. Dance inspired warm-up, followed by Vinyasa yoga flow which is taught like choreography. Finished with a short blissful meditation. All levels welcome. No experience necessary. (60-75 min duration).
Latin Jazz
Fun, fiery, Latin inspired jazz dance, includes a fusion of Latin dance styles (Salsa, Cumbia, Bachata, Merengue, Samba & Cha Cha) set to hot Latin music. Follow along dance warm-up and close to one hour of choreographed dance. No previous dance experience required. (1 hour duration)
Jazz
Follow along dance warm-up/stretch, 20 minutes of ballet inspired lower body exercises at the ballet barre, and 40 minutes of choreographed, jazz dance, followed with stretching. Previous dance experience helpful. Body transforming class. (1 hour duration)
Beginner Jazz
Similar to Jazz set at an easier to follow pace. All levels welcome. No experience necessary. (1 hour duration) |
